Job Overview:

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager of Celebrity & Influencer who is naturally curious, well-connected, creative-minded and knows how to uncover emerging trends and influential talent across verticals. In this role you will report to a Director of Celebrity & Influencer and your focus will be on our talent and influencer expertise - assisting in ideating compelling campaigns, contract negotiations, assisting with client management, critical thinking and entertainment know-how. You know when it’s right to work with A-list actors, niche creators or uncover the up-and-coming talent on the verge of breaking through.

In this role you will support in managing the end-to-end execution of highly visible paid influencer and ambassador campaigns. As an Assistant Manager of Celebrity & Influencer, you will help work on deals as a client facing presence with your strategic thinking, positive energy, and ideally experience from working at an agency with previous experience in influencer and celebrity talent contract negotiations and campaign execution. You will help support the team by managing all aspects of campaigns and ensuring client’s see success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide flawless execution in the influencer/celebrity/entertainment marketing space and serve as a client relationships manager
  • Conduct negotiations with talent for social media campaigns, endorsement deals, public relations activations and more
  • Research and provide talent suggestions from digital influencers, high-profile actors and other experts to support individual client marketing objectives
  • Draft & negotiate a high volume of talent contracts, coordinating with team members, talent representatives, and clients, including talent and client legal teams
  • Have relationships with a variety of key industry players including talent agents, managers and publicists
  • Proactively add value to a team focusing on paid influencer; help effectively manage workflow, process and communications with that team
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of pop culture and knowledge of the influencer landscape
  • Facilitate and coordinate various detail-oriented talent needs; prioritize and manage a high volume of work

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
  • Must have at least 2-3 years working experience and a deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing
  • Experience at talent, media or PR agency relevant to talent and influencer, business development and/or brand partnerships
  • Entertainment, Advertising and/or Public Relations background preferred, advanced understanding of Influencer Marketing required
  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable working on new, changing, and fast-paced projects
  • Attention to detail & ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
