Project Manager
We are looking for a badass PROJECT MANAGER to join our team. Someone who can jump right into the mix, who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, take charge and have a big voice. Our Project Manager will be an integral part of the team, providing support directly to our Growth Director and the rest of the Leadership Team. This is NOT your ordinary Project Manager role. This is about real work - important work - for important clients. And this role will evolve as we evolve. And it will become what you make of it, because that’s what we need! We work fast. We work hard. And we have a lot of fun doing it!
ZeroTo1 is a performance marketing agency built to scale series B+ tech and active lifestyle brands from idea to exit. We have worked with VC-backed startups and fortune 500 brands including brands like Therabody (Theragun), Shipt, Landing, Lamborghini, and Melin. Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan for each of our clients
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Learn/utilize ClickUp (our project management solution) in order to manage projects, deliverables, timing and priorities for our team and clients.
- Provide consistent updates to our team and eventually lead weekly/bi-weekly syncs to keep everyone aligned and on track.
- Help determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Help to prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to our Leadership Team about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement - we are always looking to improve!
- Wear multiple hats! We’re a small and nimble team. We all do whatever it takes to get the job done and will ask you to do the same.
Qualifications for Project Manager
- Confidence, strongly opinionated and not afraid to make mistakes. We prefer progress over perfection!
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices - ClickUp experience a huge plus!
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
