The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for various aspects of our digital marketing channels, from the Influencer Marketing program to Customer Journey strategies, including email, push, social, ASO, SEO and in-app initiatives. The candidate must be results-oriented and data-driven. The ability to operate in a fast, deadline-driven environment is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of our Influencer and Brand Ambassador programs
  • Assist with email campaign management and execution
  • Assist with Push and In-App campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with internal team to create campaigns that address each stage of the customer lifecycle
  • Analyze, evaluate and evolve end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Define, execute, analyze and optimize A/B tests within all assigned digital channels
  • Develop analytical reports to track digital marketing results and ROI
  • Assist with SEO and ASO initiatives for company website and app

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience executing strategies that support the customer journey through various stages of the lifecycle
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
