We are the direct link to influencers and brands, bringing them together to create fantastic sponsored content that their audience is genuinely excited to watch and that delivers time and time again for our clients!
Cherry Pick spans lifestyle, cosmetics to world-leading mobile games (of which, we work with the best!) Cherry Pick is coming on strength-to-strength and the future is very bright! We don’t represent talent, which allows us to work with influencers from around the world from all different areas of interest to nail the client brief and create fresh, new content that’s never the same! We’re looking for a new member of the team to get in on the hustle. We also do not have an outward-facing sales team, so you can imagine, our reputation and word of mouth are what land us brilliant new clients!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, ‘can do’ Junior Campaign Manager to join our growing team to help support the team and Senior campaign managers at Cherry Pick Talent. This role will include discovering NEW talent and building relationships with influencers, agents and managers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch - we want you to be our IRL talent bible that can put together talent suggestions no matter the brief, platform, geo or brand! It helps if you’re slightly obsessed with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Research new talent and reach out
- Pitch the right talent for the brief spanning across different platforms, geos and genre of clients
- Pull together spreadsheets and keep them in good shape
- Gather talent stats and fees to make informed decisions on pitching the appropriate talent for briefs
- Curate an internal talent hub that houses all this information making it easily accessible for the whole team
- Support CPT marketing efforts (organising panels, events and posting across CPT social channels - LinkedIn & Instagram, using best practices.
Relationship Management:
- Develop a strong understanding of the influencer space, we want you to be up to date with the latest trends and any emerging talent
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents and managers - we want to be able to rely on you to present the best talent with a strong knowledge of their stats and fees.
- Provide a weekly round-up of new talent discoveries to present to the team via slack/email/presentation.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Mandatory to be glued to your phone/laptop - scrolling through Instagram and TikTok with a vengeance.
- A genuine interest in influencers.
- In-depth knowledge of YouTubers, Instagram influencers, TikTok creators, Twitch and all social media platforms.
- Fluency in French, German, Italian and/or Spanish is a bonus!
- A secret gamer yourself is a bonus!
- Curious, keen to learn and proactive by nature.
- A knack for being ahead of the curve. You’re there before anyone else
- Confident liaising with talent, agents and managers over email and phone
- Excellent people skills with a talent for building strong relationships
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and deliver excellent quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Organised is your middle name!!.
