Summary

In this role, the Influencer Marketing Intern will support our fast-growing Influencer Marketing team. This position reports to the Coordinator of Influencer Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Influencer Marketing Coordinator
  • Recruit influencers to join our affiliate program
  • Schedule introductory calls
  • Draft contracts
  • Oversee influencer installs
  • Manage campaigns in CreatorIQ (CIQ), Vivint’s influencer management SaaS
  • Help schedule meetings
  • Onboard influencers as a vendor
  • Track installs, invoices and payments
  • Partner with Special Accounts on resolving any influencer system issues
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media updates and trends

Required Skills

  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge across Mega, Macro and Micro influencers
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills with a strategic and critical POV

Required Education/Experience

  • Currently a student of a degree course majoring in communications or marketing
  • Influencer marketing or social media experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
