The Influencer Coordinator will be a key contribution to a fast-growing influencer marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing and an interest in all things community building and social media. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate who is knowledgeable and excited about the influencer industry. The ideal candidate will be a savvy and intuitive individual with creative ideas to support our influencer campaigns. This person will bring a flexible mindset to the role, which will be critical for success. .

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the influencer gifting/seeding process for all campaigns (both organic and paid), working closely with the Operations and Product Teams
  • Maintain influencer relationships through consistent 1:1 communication
  • Respond to a high volume of ambassador inquiries and requests through email and DMs
  • Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of organic and paid influencers through all social platforms
  • Track and organize content and help coordinate asset deliveries, content and documents, working closely with the Social and Creative Teams to ensure content is shared cross-functionally and repurposed
  • Assist with putting together influencer campaign reporting and budget tracking
  • Ideate and brainstorm creative campaign ideas from product launches to larger brand moments
  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand events that require influencer support

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Previous experience in the influencer marketing space- fashion and healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of the social media space, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Operationally-focused mindset with experience partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong networking aptitude
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • MS Office, Google Apps, and Mac proficient
  • Must be able to work well in a team and independently
  • Process driven with a demonstrated ability to deliver in a timely manner
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, ability to be flexible and take on new job duties
  • Experience with social and influencer management platforms a plus: Dash Hudson and AspireIQ
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
  • Eager to learn and thrive with a growing team!
