Client Success Associate
Lionize is looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC, DRIVEN and FRIENDLY Client Success Associate to join our Client Success team to support and manage client accounts. This role is responsible for representing Lionize and proactively managing the day-to-day aspects of our clients’ influencer campaigns. Our role on the Client Success team is to ensure that our clients’ goals are met and they are happy with their results.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Work intensively with a select client portfolio to analyze needs and develop a strategy to reach client goals.
- Work with content creators to ensure satisfactory completion of requirements.
- Build and launch new campaigns as they come through.
- Onboard new clients onto the Lionize Platform.
- Demonstrate insight into influencer marketing hot topics and trends along with industry and customer implications.
- Feel comfortable and knowledgeable enough to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Manage email and text communication with influencers for your campaigns.
- Identify upgrade opportunities (commission available).
- Work to ensure client retention.
- Strategically plan, track and report on key performance indicators.
- Proactively adjust campaigns as needed based on performance
- Partner and collaborate across different departments such as :Product, Design, Dev/Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
- Desire to join an up-and-coming tech start-up and are comfortable with a start-up environment.
- Client Success or client management experience is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of Social Media and Influencer Marketing.
- A successful track record of being able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience quickly learning new skills and softwares.
- Must have experience working with and having regular contact external stakeholders or clients .
- Must have email communication experience .

- Strong communication skills with the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to customers
- Prior start-up experience
- Prior experience with client/external communication
- Prior experience with social media and/or influencer marketing
- Demonstrated ability to self-teach and a self-starter
- Strong copywriting skills
- Some coding and HTML experience is not necessary, but is a big plus!
- Familiarity with MongoDB Compass

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Lionize is a remote-first company, however our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in New York City, NY. This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available). Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, and must be fluent (both spoken and written) in English.
