Global Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Augustinus Bader is looking for an Assistant Manager, Global Public Relations & Influencer Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with teams to develop elevated strategies to increase brand awareness and press coverage, maintaining brand standards across global markets.
• Brainstorm ideas for PR opportunities, including pitching, events, influencer campaigns etc.
• First point of contact for external PR teams - owning communications, including launch briefings, press materials, brand updates, pitch calendars etc.
• Manage the communication with internal and external teams to forecast and source product for editorial placements, VIP clientele, product launches, events, and always on seeding
• Build and maintain gifting and VIP seeding lists
• Own the measurement, analysis, and reporting of brand efforts and monitor brand mentions in media, Google alerts and trends.
• Own content briefs for influencer/talent campaigns and liaise with talent and managers
• Monitor landscape for new opportunities
• Partner with teams on additional PR needs

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in public relations/marketing, preferably in beauty
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Creative outlook and ability to identify opportunities for the brand
• Ability to work in a team environment
