About the role:

The Marketing Manager will elevate the Power Digital brand through strategic marketing to drive awareness and interest among key stakeholders, ranging from existing & prospective clients, partners, existing & future talent, press, analysts, sponsors, award publishers, PE firms, holding companies and industry groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the creation of a brand-new case study program, from inception of overall strategic vision (framework, creative execution), process for consistent publishing (intake, process, cadence), and activation (how each case study will be activated to reach stakeholders and elevate the Power Digital brand).
  • Inspire client teams to share case studies for consideration through “pitch days.”
  • Build a broader activation approach for all content developed by marketing to fuel distribution of PoV’s, working with other channel leaders to build a deep plan (eg social).
  • Develop and drive email strategy, execution and optimization, building a relevant, engaged audience to reach key segments and generate further interest in core services.
  • Assess sponsorship and event opportunities such as speakerships, panels and other brand or lower funnel opportunities.
  • Manage partnership relationships (Eg technology partners and other go - to market relationships), proactively seeking out co-marketing opportunities and securing funding, folding in leads to Power Digital’s CRM.
  • Execute lead qualification and pass to sales, following up to monitor MQLs.
  • Be part of initiatives across marketing as needed ranging from supporting the development of client interactions and sales, to communications initiatives, editorial stories, webinars, strategic projects, etc.
  • Report out on key tactics (qual and quant), optimizing as needed to maximize results.

Role outcomes:

  • Confidence in Power Digital’s ability to deliver services through case studies, supporting the sales cycle and fueling analyst, press, and other critical audiences.
  • Deeper relationships with partners reaching new audiences.
  • External email campaigns with engaged audiences expressing interest in our PoVs and services.
  • Placements at critical sponsorships/event/brand defining moments.
  • Bold stories mobilized across channels for high visibility.

KPIs:

  • Partner sentiment
  • Stakeholder sentiment about Power Digital’s bold POVs (as seen through email, case studies, etc)
  • Quality of Power Digital placements in key places (eg industry events etc)
  • Quality case studies with major names

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing through execution, partner relations, storytelling, reporting and other channels above.
  • Experience working with clients at an agency or consulting firm.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects across workstream.
  • Passionate about marketing and energized to think big with the ability to mobilize ideas into execution and measurement.
  • Proactive go - getter.
  • Thoughtful, inclusive, and strategic, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Voracious reader of current events and news, with the ability to synthesize information and reframe what it is, why it matters, and how we can apply ideas to Power Digital.
