About the role:
The Communications Manager will elevate the Power Digital brand through strategic communications, press, and social media to drive awareness and interest among key stakeholders, ranging from existing & prospective clients, partners, existing & future talent, press, analysts, sponsors, award publishers, PE firms, holding companies and industry groups.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive execution of a consistent, powerful cross channel social media strategy representing the Power Digital brand and its SMEs/executives, to thoughtfully reach stakeholders in partnership with marketing, design, and video leads.
- Own the development of assets to ensure a consistently fresh portfolio of imagery/videos for use across the company, in partnership with a photographer and videographer.
- Monitor Glassdoor and Fishbowl conversations about Power Digital and competitors.
- With the acquisition of new companies/existing locations, devise a local listings plan. For example, prioritization of being listed on Google Business/Places and content cadence.
- Build and execute a new internal communications function - the approach, channels and cadence to which we’ll engage employees, and support the introduction and adoption of an internal social media tool.
- Define a powerful awards strategy to submit case studies and other brand defining moments.
- Report out on communications milestones and results (qual and quant), including share of voice.

Requirements:
- 3-4 years’ experience in social media across storytelling, content creation, engagement and measurement.
- Experience working with clients at an agency or consulting firm.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects across workstreams.
- Experience in sourcing and submitting awards.
- Passionate about Communications and stakeholder engagement and energized to think big with the ability to mobilize big ideas into execution and measurement.
- Proactive go - getter.

- Voracious reader of current events and news, with the ability to synthesize information and reframe what it is, why it matters, and how we can apply ideas to Power Digital.
