We are looking for an VP Group Director of Content Experience to join the J3 Studios team. Your experience should include cross-platform content strategy, producing thought leadership, client relationship management, and management of multiple direct reports.
This role plays a vital part within J3 Studios, which is part of the newly formed Mediabrands Content Studios, a global IPG content agency. You will lead a team of cross-channel content experts, who are accountable to client business growth and meeting agency revenue targets.
This role reports directly to the EVP, US Head of J3 Studios.
The right candidate for this role is obsessed with creating content experience that elevate the consumer journey. You see potential to deliver a valuable experience — whether that is entertainment, information, utility, or all three — in every brand touchpoint and interaction.
You and your team will be expected to create and maintain strong relationships with our internal teams, clients, and partners. You will work with our Strategy, Investment, and Planning leads, to explore new ways that content can move through a media plan. You will also partner with our Content Activation and Analytics teams to ensure that we are elevating the partnerships and programs we create and demonstrating business impact.

You will proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and deliver the appropriate deliverable, including (but not limited to) written POVs, landscape presentations, and interactive sessions. You will also be tasked with training junior team members on producing effective thought leadership.
Respect, mentorship, and collaboration are key priorities of J3 Studios, and we expect our leaders to lead by example when it comes to cultivating a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive team culture. You will oversee and support your team in a way that encourages them to maximize their individual potential.
