Livestream Marketing Coordinator

The Role:
You’re the coordinator for innovative live marketing activations and programs that we are activating for our brand clients. You’ll leverage all of LiveCraft’s people, tools, and technologies to deliver exceptional livestream experiences that blow away client expectations. You have a working understanding of production, livestreaming, and influencer marketing. You’re super-organized, can solve problems on the fly, and flourish under the pressure of deadlines. You’re polished, able to take direction, and embrace feedback. Experience working in a studio environment and manning a close-up/tracking camera is a plus!
While this job is typically working from home/remote, you must be located in the Los Angeles area and able to commute to our West Hollywood studio for livestreams up to 2-3 times per week.
Day-to-day requirements:
- Preparing presentation decks, reports, and presentation materials to pitch campaigns to clients
- Ordering product from sample warehouses for livestreams
- Assisting with the planning of any live, in-person events for client marketing activations
- Coordinating the creation of social assets with internal and external resources
- Creating script sheets detailing times, products, and talent on screen
- Moderating livestreams and assisting on-screen talent
- Briefing on-air talent and scheduling tech checks and studio time with production team
- Ideating for stream themes for live programming and managing the content calendar for multiple accounts
- Noting costs in a tracker of set design or equipment purchased for particular clients
- Sending updated deliverable information sheets, following up with contracts, etc
Experience
- 1+ years working knowledge of the live marketing offering of channels including Twitch, Youtube, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Familiarity with the studio/production environment
- Briefing and coordination of other specialists and partners to deliver on their specific tasks
- Familiarity with the dynamic marketing or advertising environment
