Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager responsible for developing and growing our influencer program, affiliate initiatives and media buying opportunities that amplify the brand.

We are looking for someone to take Vincero’s influencer marketing programs to new heights! You will be empowered to develop and test exciting new ideas that are imperative in acquiring new customers and expanding brand awareness. We value an excited approach to self-learning and are looking for an influencer marketing manager that can bring new and creative strategies to the team.

As the influencer marketing manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution management, reporting and optimizing of Vincero’s influencer marketing efforts for new customer acquisition and brand awareness. This role will be based out of our San Diego HQ, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate.

THE JOB

  • Scale influencer (Paid and unpaid) marketing programs on Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok, twitch, podcasts and other media publications.
  • Develop and oversee a product seeding program to introduce micro-influencers to the brand
  • Ideate and manage product collaborations with influencers, brands & celebrities
  • Build an internal influencer network of proven performers for content, brand awareness and direct response based campaigns.
  • Negotiate with networks, agencies, talent managers, and digital influencers to acquire cost-efficient and budget-conscious advertising, sponsorships, and integrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hundreds of social media influencers, youtube content creators, twitch streamers, podcasters, and media publications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer plans ensuring that all campaign elements are incorporated and on brand.
  • Manage and create brand integrations for ad campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Track and analyze every aspect of campaign performance to optimize conversions, ROI, and meet target KPIs.

YOU

  • Core Competencies - influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, media buying, media planning, performance marketing
  • 4+ years of influencer marketing experience in progressively responsible roles.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a strong ability to prioritize the most-impactful projects.
  • Proven track-record of executing large marketing campaigns within an organization and working cross-functionally to achieve success.
  • Skilled communicator capable of interfacing at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytics and financial acumen are second nature.
  • Experience in B2C E-commerce is preferred.

  • Generous vacation & sick leave: This is a responsibility first role. When you develop ownership over your lane and responsibilities, we have a very open vacation policy. After all, it’s one of the reasons we work as hard as we do. Every employee is given 3 weeks of PTO (Prorated based on start date) to take throughout the year. We also take a company-wide week-long vacation between Christmas and New Years each year. We do ask that extended time off is requested at least 3 weeks in advance. It’s also important to note that there is not much time available from November-January as these are our busiest months.
