The ideal candidate has a keen interest of working in the sectors of either influencer marketing , lifestyle , fashion, beauty, or social media.

This role will focus on the coordination of campaigns as well as the administrative and execution of campaign details, scheduling etc.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide administrative support to Campaign Directors including filing, calendar coordination and managing call sheets/notes.

Arrange and coordinate meetings and travel for Internal team and/or talent

Project manage and execute partnerships with talent from post-contract phase through campaign completion, including scheduling calls/shoot dates, coordinating content calendars, overseeing shipments and arranging preview and live dates

Attend events/set visits with talent, if needed

Create, update and maintain decks, presentations, case studies and progress sheets

Daily input all deal terms and campaign details into CRM and accounting/tracker system

Support Project Leads in creation of proposals, decks, contracts, follow ups, schedules, day-to-day emails for streamlined communications internally as well as to third parties

Participate in weekly meetings and phone calls and take notes for record keeping

Coordinate photoshoot and/or videoshoots as needed and provide day of support as production assistant

Work with the finance department and finance software to ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of administrative assistant / project management experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing and/or brands

Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills; flexibility and adaptability

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style

Excellent time management skills

Passion for social media and brands, with interest in developing talent relationships

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, G Suite, Zoom, Mac, Slack

Experienced using Instagram, YouTube, TikTok,.

Knowledge of Google Analytics and traffic analysis tools (ex. CreatorIQ, Social Rank)
