The Work You’ll Do Under the Project Team:

Development of the Strategic Buyer Agenda (CFO, CEO, CRO, etc.). We have 10 to develop. This will include conducting internal & external (client) interviews (up to 20 total for each Strategic Buyer) with corresponding output called The Voice of the Client. The person will use a persona/profile of the strategic buyer that our Market Intelligence team will develop as well as inputs from the voice of the client & develop a Strategic Buyer Agenda.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Brand strategist with proven track record driving engagement and revenue
  • With prior experience of working with B2C and B2B brands
  • Skilled at capturing and interpreting the qualities, motivations, and challenges of the strategic buyer through internal and external stakeholder interviews
  • Able to interpret and synthesize interview, market research and marketing engagement data to develop insight led strategies to inform business decisions and priorities
  • Data driven storyteller who can articulate insights and transform recommendations into integrated marketing campaign strategy and activations
  • Strong influencer with executive presence to lead senior level stakeholder workshops and strategy sessions
  • Strong ability to effectively manage meetings, drive discussions to conclusion, and communicate updates to stakeholders at various levels
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices
  • Agency background preferred
