Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt's Senior Vice President of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and activating a transformational brand strategies and experiences using a consumer centric and omnichannel strategic approach. This leader will have a track record growing meaningful brand awareness and driving revenue growth for lifestyle and CPG brands through best in class social, PR, Partnerships, brand marketing, influencer and 360 integrated marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be strategically minded, with a strong bias for action and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive brand preference and consumer loyalty for C4 Energy, Cellucor and Xtend Brands. This leader will have a strong and innovative point of view on social, influencer/ partnerships and experience to reposition and/or build brands with relevance and deep emotional connection. The ideal candidate will balance creative vision with a long-term strategic outlook grounded in strong, near-term capabilities and have the ability to articulate results as related to expected KPI's.

- Developing and driving C4 Energy, Cellucor, and Xtend's transformational brand strategies, positioning and expression across all marketing campaigns and consumer touchpoints while using unique strategies supporting both Beverage and Active Nutrition portfolios
- Continually building relevance with key demos and evaluating the health of our brands, reporting key performance metrics to leadership, and owning the strategy to continually drive improvement
- Leading the development, planning and delivery of integrated go-to-market plans, driving strongly aligned cross-functional collaboration across all relevant areas of the business
- Guiding the creative vision and innovative content creation across all brands that drives growth, builds brand awareness and equity, while bringing new customers into the funnel
- Overseeing and guiding the strategy of global social media platforms and online community engagement to enhance brand equity across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more
- Contributing cross-functionally to product innovation and the new product development processes by building effective consumer learning plans and go-to-market launch strategies
- Guiding our Creative Team and agencies to produce creative assets and marketing materials to be used across all marketing platforms and digital sales channels in way that builds the brand and drives affinity
- Leading the development and management of key marketing partnerships and influencers to engage new audiences, drive cultural relevance and increase brand equity
- Being a thought leader and partner to the leadership team in managing public relations and communications efforts for all of our brands
- Developing an efficient marketing operation, with defined workflows, clear roles and accountabilities, and high-quality outputs
- Ensuring all marketing functional areas are aligned on brand tone, personality, and aesthetic across all social media platforms, websites, sales materials, and campaigns
- Partnering with Finance to develop and track budgets and allocation of marketing spend, provide insights and recommendations around expenditures, and report on return on investment
- Overseeing all brand agency/third party relationships in terms of evaluation, selection, and overall assessment of performance
- In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Brand Awareness
- NPS
- Household Penetration
- Social Media Metrics (Followers growth, Engagement & EMV)
- Omnichannel revenue growth
What You Contribute:
- 10 - 15+ years of experience in Brand Marketing at a CPG or other disruptive consumer centric company
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field preferred
- 5+ years of direct people management experience
- Creative thinker with strong ability to drive and execute projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of strong marketing and branding strategies, including launching successful and breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns, to increase revenue and brand awareness
- High standard of creative excellence
- Analytical mindset with ability to story tell through data
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Track record of building high performance teams
- Strong cross-functional collaborator and team player
- Strategic and innovate thinker who can deliver results that are aligned to business goals and objectives
