About the Role:
The Freelance Creative Producer reports to the Senior Creative Manager and works alongside our creative team to execute creative and production logistic duties for our active branded campaigns. This can include writing treatments, scripts, scouting locations, sourcing and interviewing talent, providing feedback, creating shot lists, and more. This role is instrumental in the creative execution of our branded campaigns from start to finish. This role collaborates with multiple teams inside the Studio department which includes data and cultural nuanced driven teams of creatives, storytellers, and producers who help global brands connect with multicultural audiences across all platforms and formats, the development of original IP with representation of MC audiences in-front and behind the camera, and innovative content product offerings.
Ideal candidates will reside in the Greater Los Angeles area; but not a requirement. This project will last 2-3 months with possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Working under the guidance of our Senior Creative Producer on branded campaigns.
- Writing treatments, shot lists, scripts, talent bios, and more.
- Working with our Creative and Production teams to build and present pre production books to clients.
- Ensuring all content aligns with the voice of the company and client, and stays consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
- Leading and collaborating on creative content projects across all formats and platforms such as editorial, animation, video, photography, and more.
- Staying up to date on new platforms, content trends, and influencers across the company’s different codes.
- Will consider audience insights, proprietary research, and past performance when making creative suggestions.
- Work alongside the Studio Team to expand our Influencer network and identify branded opportunities among brand safe talent.
- Work alongside our Publisher Team to identify branded opportunities across the different publishers in our network.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience at a creative agency or in branded content at a media company, with a focus on digital advertising and custom content across all or some of the communities we represent.
- 2-4 years production on set experience.
- Experience building production and creative materials.
- Experience collaborating with a team of creative and operational talent, as well as working with freelancers with varying availability throughout the week.
- Client facing experience and must feel comfortable pitching to multiple clients and being on set with client and talent.
- An experienced digital content creator who understands how content moves in a socially-driven media environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, and package and pitch new, exciting ideas on a consistent basis.
