ABOUT: The team behind the award-winning Netflix documentary, The Game Changers (TGC), is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced marketing professional to join our team.

This role will spearhead social media channel growth, oversee day-to-day consumer response management, and take ownership of our content strategy. In short, you are the personality, the educator, and most importantly, the community builder.

If you're passionate about plant-based food, the planet, and all things fitness, this is your role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the content strategy and execution of all social channels. Including Instagram, TikTok, and any additional channels identified as a strategic opportunity.
  • Lead content development through blog creation, social media campaigns, and more to drive thought leadership and aid in SEO efforts.
  • Collaborate on omnichannel marketing efforts - aligning content efforts across email, blog, web, social, influencer, and PR.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to our customer's questions and requests.
  • Assist in developing GTM strategy as well as ongoing quarterly marketing plans.
  • Work closely with influencer base to aggregate content, amplify brand voice, and reach new audiences.
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, consumer markets, and competitors to recognize challenges and opportunities.
  • Actively track the competitive landscape and trends.
  • Oversee regular reporting of KPI. Use the data to inform the strategy and content creation for various channels. Be able to not only pull the numbers but analyze them with customer acquisition frequency and efficiency as the ultimate goal.

EXPERIENCE:

  • College degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of work experience working across content creation, social media, and influencer management.
  • Proven experience in building an online community
  • Personal passion for fitness and plant-based nutrition is highly desired.
  • Prefers to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-learning environment
  • Past startup experience desired with the self-driven, scrappy, agile, and get-it-done attitude.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology with the skill to break down and seamlessly communicate complex nutrition and environmental data to the everyday consumer.

Anticipated Travel: 10-20%
