About the Design & Social Media Coordinator Role at One Mighty Mill

Do you love bagels, obsessing over all things Creative Cloud, and want to be a part of building healthy local food systems across the United States? One Mighty Mill is looking for a creative, socially native designer to bring innovative ideas and killer design skills to our small but Mighty team. You will work directly with One Mighty Mill’s Head of Creative Studio and interact daily with our full team— from CEO to Mighty stone-millers.

Key Responsibilities:

You will report to One Mighty Mill’s Head of Creative Studio - and be expected to deliver on design projects and social media management including:

Design and execute digital, print, and web collateral including:

  • Social Media
  • Email
  • Print/Digital Ads
  • Display Headers
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Web pages

•Actively engage with Mighty Community across all platforms:

  • Manage social media calendar (Instagram posts & stories, Facebook, and TikTok)
  • Assist with social creative, copy, and captions
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback/social listening
  • Assist with influencer program as needed

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge developing creative assets for social media, web, email, and print
  • Understanding of social media, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow content calendars, work independently, and self-manage deadlines
  • Reliable with a positive attitude

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or another related field
  • 0-3 Years of Experience (ambitious recent grads are welcome to apply but must show a robust portfolio and self-drive)
  • Strong portfolio highlighting digital, print, web designs and
  • Ability to work in Boston, MA office
