Life Alliance Organ Procurement Agency has an exciting opportunity for a full time Social Media Brand Specialist position. The incumbent develops and administers Social Media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between the community and LAORA. This position also manages and updates LAORA’s web page content. The incumbent enhances our brand and builds strong online communities through our various social media and web-based platforms.

Core Job Functions

  • Leads strategy for LAORA social media to achieve marketing targets by supporting overall brand priorities and driving continual engagement with forward-thinking approach.
  • Acts as champion of new ideas for social media opportunities to propel the brand forward including evaluation of new platforms and potential partnerships.
  • Works closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
  • Oversees and approves the content calendars for all social media channels for the LAORA brand including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.
  • Uses strategic data to provide insights and help guide social media communications strategy and business/consumer intelligence.
  • Runs and develops all social media reports including monthly reports, ad hoc reports, campaign recaps and influencer performance recaps.
  • Works with marketing to provide social media data for consolidated business reports.
  • Creates and manages all influencer campaigns to address business needs.
  • Works directly with influencers to evaluate, negotiate and track performance.
  • Innovates and champion growth driving programs within the organization including potential partnerships.
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive, measurable social media strategy across all relevant social media platforms.
  • Benchmarks and monitors competitor and industry leaders in social media to apply best practices.
  • Generates growth year-over-year in awareness, preference, trial and key initiatives for the brand.
  • Represents LAORA to current and potential corporate partners.
  • Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
  • Remote work considered

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
