The role:
As the Influencer & Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution management, reporting and optimizing of Michael Todd Beauty's influencer marketing efforts for new customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale influencer (paid and unpaid) marketing programs on Youtube, Instagram, TikTok and other media publications.
- Develop and oversee a product seeding program to introduce micro-influencers to the brand
- Ideate and manage product collaborations with influencers and ambassadors
- Build an internal influencer network of proven performers for content, brand awareness and direct response based campaigns.
- Negotiate with networks, agencies, talent managers, and digital influencers to acquire cost-efficient and budget-conscious advertising, sponsorships, and integrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with hundreds of social media influencers, youtube content creators, and media publications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer plans ensuring that all campaign elements are incorporated and on brand.
- Manage and create brand integrations for ad campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Track and analyze every aspect of campaign performance to optimize conversions, ROI, and meet target KPIs.
Requirements
- Core Competencies - influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing
- 3+ years of influencer marketing experience in progressively responsible roles.
- Data-driven decision maker with a strong ability to prioritize the most-impactful projects.
- Proven track-record of executing large marketing campaigns within an organization and working cross-functionally to achieve success.
- Skilled communicator capable of interfacing at all levels of the organization.
- Analytics and financial acumen are second nature.
- Experience in DTC E-commerce
