Who we are: CA is a boutique, forward-thinking, hands-on creative agency based in downtown Manhattan. We are focused on launching and growing brand identities across digital with an emphasis on social and influencer marketing. We work with a roster of high-end, luxury clients that span the spaces of beauty, fashion, hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle.

You’re excited to strategize and work on some of the most well-known brands to help bring their content to life. You understand goals, KPIs, and the overall bigger picture, and you have a strong background in writing and copyediting ✍️!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

• Conceptualizing, writing, editing, and publishing daily online content for Instagram and all its properties (Reels, Stories, IGTV, etc.), Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and more.

• Handling regular and consistent contact with clients to guide and implement content strategies and activations

• Maintaining relationships with strategic partners while thinking strategically about the brand's business and objectives.

• Creating and executing monthly editorial calendars and messaging

• Planning and executing photo and video shoots — from moodboards to shotlists, to hiring the right partners, to booking studios, and ensuring all content is of the highest quality. Some travel may be required.

• Concepting influencer strategies and managing influencer partnerships

• Analyzing content reports and working with the paid team to ensure KPIs are met

• Attending and creating content at client events

• Diligently overseeing clients' community management on all social media channels

• Keeping abreast of social media innovations and methodologies and using them to support the development/execution of client campaigns

• Representing the agency brand through communication, professionalism, and an entrepreneurial spirit

Desired Experience and Skills:

· A 4-year accredited Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications

· 3-4 years of experience in an editorial or social media position. Agency experience preferred.

· Proficient with iWork, Office Suite, Keynote, PPT, Excel, etc.

· Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Wordpress, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Google+.

• Experience working with data and an understanding of how to provide client insights

· Proactive, detail-oriented, problem solving, and organized

· Adherent to deadlines and follow-through

· Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies

·Must be NY-based and willing to commute to our Tribeca offices on a part-time, hybrid basis (remote/in-person)
