Your Footprint as a Global Vertical & Growth Marketing Director Will Be…

… to facilitate new business revenue growth and support retention and expansion of Travel & Hospitality client relationships using an account-based marketing approach. The position is growth-minded and a collaborative team player who partners with Global Marketing teams, Business Intelligence, Business Development, and Account Management teams to build and activate the industry marketing and sales enablement plans— across content, communications, digital channels, lead generation, events, and marketing operations.

The Global Travel & Hospitality vertical has a robust year-on-year growth trajectory at Teleperformance. This role will be part of the T&H team and matrixed into Marketing.

As a Global Vertical & Growth Marketing Director, You Will…

… work closely with Client Services and Growth Marketing leadership, develop, and activate an industry-specific marketing plan to build awareness of T&H’s industry-focused practices, and help the team meet outlined revenue goals.

… partner with the Global T&H Leadership team to support the development and execution of the overall T&H strategy. Be an integral part of the T&H Global team.

… meet the baseline monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs identified for each Client Marketing Plan across campaigns, content (playbooks, blogs, vlogs, articles, podcasts, videos, etc.), PR, events, awards, go-to-market collateral, Internal sales & marketing content creation, web properties, and case studies.

... create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

... conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.

... manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) and drive content creation.

... bring your experience and knowledge in Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Social Selling, Event Management & Competitive & Market Intelligence

.... analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

... prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level.

… work with Global Marketing teams to identify and collaboratively activate Teleperformance’s industry-specific presence at hosted, industry, and partner events.

… work directly with the content, communication, and PR teams to identify publishing opportunities for vertical groups in targeted publications to communicate industry points of view and share client stories/successes.

… partner with Global & Regional Business Intelligence and Knowledge Services teams to support sales enablement efforts, and stay on top of the competitive landscape, next-generation capabilities, client’s needs, and assist with product/service/vertical T&H launches, including the strategy, messaging, and preparation of sales training material, presentations, sales collateral.

… facilitate communication internally to keep key stakeholders informed and externally to promote/position the company.

… ensure consistency of T&H content usage internally and externally – bring to life the vertical in the company’s social reputation and presence – leverage for communications and demand generation.

… develop and maintain the T&H Content Library inclusive of TP productions through various channels (text, voice, video) and industry productions relevant to TP strategy and approach.

… work with global marketing teams to ensure company communications are disseminated promptly.

What Would You Need to Succeed?

  • MBA in Marketing or any travel and hospitality branches
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in comparable industries (particularly the T&H industry)
  • 10+ years of Experience in Growth/Field Marketing
  • Management experience preferred (people and process)
  • Experience in working in a matrix environment is essential
  • Proven success with client-facing interactions as it to developing content and presentations; identifying key facets to highlight is key
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, account management, client services, and executives.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed and virtual organization

  • Exposure to the non-traditional back office, complex travel & hospitality lines of business.
  • Proven project management skills, with a high energy level
  • Excellent knowledge of sales and sales support needs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable working with sales professionals, account managers, senior managers, directors, etc.
  • Must have a high level of proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (or other desktop publishing) and video content creation a plus
  • Must be comfortable in all marketing channels (i.e., social, apps, traditional, etc.)
