Your Mission:

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that align with

Our client's business goals. This is a hands-on role that includes management of the

marketing team. In this role, you will combine strategy and big-picture thinking together

with execution and tactics.

You will be leading a nimble team within an organization that’s experiencing tremendous

growth. You will have the opportunity to drive and shape the future of our client,

marketing, and the company as a whole. This is an amazing opportunity for an

experienced marketing leader who’s looking to develop and deliver a fully integrated

marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute overall strategy and success of our marketing and

communications program including, but not limited to, the oversight of

all aspects of internal and external digital marketing; brand messaging;

content marketing; media relations; event management; and overall

brand management.

● Manage the marketing plan, budget, and establish goals and objectives

for all marketing activity, and track results.

● Stay abreast of current market conditions and trends and incorporate

new innovations into company marketing plans.

● Ensure that all marketing collateral and initiatives represent value to

enterprise customers, including podcasts, webinars, white papers, and

case studies.

● Lead and Develop a World-class Marketing Team

Requirements:

● 7-10+ years experience in B2B SaaS Marketing (high preference for ad

tech expertise)

● Passion for Hyper-Growth and Startup Organizations

● Analytical and process-oriented mindset

● Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

● An enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

● Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.

● Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
