Paid Social Manager
Job Description
Briogeo Hair Care is hiring a Paid Social Manager, who will oversee paid social ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. The Paid Social Manager will report to the Director of Growth marketing, and work closely with the ecommerce, creative, and brand teams to drive results for trade, brand, and DTC initiatives.
As the Paid Social Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of a multitude of paid social channels. You will be expected to contribute to budget discussions, optimize ad campaigns daily based on performance, and deliver key insights to leadership. If you enjoy getting your hands dirty and creating campaigns as much as you enjoy high-level advertising strategy, this role might be for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating & managing paid social campaigns for retail and DTC initiatives.
- Providing routine performance updates with a focus on KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and revenue.
- Collaborating with internal & external creative teams to help produce performance-driven content.
- Collaborating with influencer & ambassador teams on whitelisting & paid influencer content opportunities.
- Monitoring trends in internal ad accounts & the advertising industry at large to identify areas of opportunity for Briogeo.
- Testing landing pages, audiences, and other variables to optimize paid social ad performance.
- Collaborating with the greater marketing team on business-wide initiatives and product launches.
- Seeking out new paid social platforms, and developing test plans.
- Providing budget recommendations & updates to leadership.
What we are looking for
- 1-3 years hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns for a results-driven brand or agency
- A direct response marketer with a test-and-learn mindset
- Someone with a deep understanding of how Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms operate and what content drives results
- Someone who understands how to use data to make tangible improvements to marketing initiatives.
- The ability to multitask and manage responsibilities.
- A self-starter who is comfortable moving in a fast-paced environment
- Shopify experience a plus!
- A strong communicator who can clearly articulate successes & areas for improvement for the greater team
