DESCRIPTION
Amazon Fashion Canada is seeking a talented, creative, and entrepreneurial Sr. Marketing Manager to join our exciting and highly collaborative team (based out of Seattle). Amazon Canada is a key area of expansion for the company, with the ability to have broad ownership over a number of programs. The Sr. Marketing Manager will play a critical role to support the rapid growth of the Fashion category by creating and executing acquisition and engagement marketing strategies across a variety of traditional and digital marketing channels. She/he will also be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience through merchandising planning and implementation, as well as management of marketing-led programs (The Drop, Savage x Fenty, Making the Cut, etc.).
The role is both strategic and operational. We need someone who can work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, building seasonal marketing & merchandising calendar) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, leveraging traffic channels). The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing business environment, and be passionate about the fashion industry.
Core Responsibilities Include
- Grow and optimize various marketing strategies and traffic drivers, including the fashion influencer program, 4+ star favorites, social media, search, outbound, and off-site events.
- Flawlessly executing multi-channel marketing activations that enable customers to discover, engage with, and shop at Amazon Fashion
- Set the strategy and execute the onsite experience which includes promotional events, merchandising, search experience, PR integration, browse tree design, and automation.
- Project manage cross-functional teams inclusive of Vendor Managers, PR, Social Media and Merchandising to develop and execute launches.

We support 100% flexibility for this role – you can decide when you want to work from home, from an Amazon office, or a hybrid/mix between home and office. You are however required to be within a commutable distance from the following offices: Seattle, Arlington, Austin, Nashville, Santa Monica, Toronto (Canada).
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years relevant professional experience in marketing
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Ability to influence without authority to prioritize, plan, delegate, coordinate across several teams, and deliver results.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with partner teams.
- Interest in fashion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience in retail or the fashion industry
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (SQL experience desired)
