Brady is hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join their Los Angeles team. Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for assisting in all tasks related to influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

· Create and coordinate content with social influencers for paid and unpaid influencer marketing programs across various channels.

· Source and evaluate content creators with a focus on male influencers, trainers, and athletes.

· Effectively take projects from concept to completion using great project management tools and follow through.

· Develop content ideas and liaise with marketing team to coordinate marketing strategies across various channels.

· Drive brand awareness via social media.

· Increase following across social channels with a specific focus on Instagram and TikTok.

· Drive traffic to site.

· Day-to-day management of influencer marketing activities in the US.

· Contact and build new relationships with influencers and agencies

· Track social placements and manage organization of influencer database.

· Manage projects through to completion with an emphasis on reporting analytics and KPI’s

· Stay on top of industry trends to find new opportunities for growth.

· Assist with the creation of UGC campaign briefing materials.

· Be responsible for social content creation at any brand events.

· Work with the internal teams to repurpose UGC across channels.

· Support social team with delivering creative assets for social advertising campaign.

Professional skills, experience and attributes:

· 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships, and fluency across all social media platforms

· Extremely self-motivated and proactive.

· Experience working with/identifying male influencers, trainers, and athletes is preferred.

· Experience/knowledge of Sports and Popular Culture is preferred

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Powerpoint.

· BA/BS degree preferred
