DIFF Charitable Eyewear is seeking an authentic and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The success and quality of our brand are attributed to the talent of our people, which is why we hire leaders and innovators, not employees or staff.

About This Position

The Social Media & Influencer Coordinator will be responsible for managing all DIFF social media channels and influencer program. The ideal candidate is highly resourceful in creating and sourcing content for brand campaigns, partnerships and product launches. This role is suited for someone with strong organizational and communication skills that lives on social media.

Other fun stuff you’ll get to do:

● Create original content for IG Reels and TikTok

● Manage posting of content in line with calendar across all channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest

● Community management (DMs, posts, interacting with customers etc.)

● Monitor all pages for inappropriate content

● Liaise with customer service team to manage customer queries

● Provide weekly reporting across all channels

● Monitor competitors and relevant social channels

● Contribute to team brainstorming for content initiatives

● Identify and recruit paid influencers for IG and TikTok

● Update content guidelines as needed based on brand and performance – ensure that giving data is current (quarterly)

● Refresh monthly gifting assortment with seasonal product

● Manage contracts and order product for paid influencers

● Ensure delivery of quality content and organize assets

Qualifications

You are a talented content creator with a passion for all things social media.

Here are a few other things we will need you to have:

- College Degree or equivalent

- 3-4 years of social media experience

- Proven experience with social media platforms

- Knowledge of key trends and online influencers

- Team player who takes initiative

- The ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for fashion

- Ability to establish and build effective working relationships

- Ability to work independently and with a team

- Flexible to travel as required
