Job Title: Marketing Production Coordinator

Reports to: Integrated Marketing Senior Manager

Role Overview:

Vuori is seeking a Production Coordinator who will be responsible for the organization and management of product information + sample management for the Marketing Production department. This position will work closely with the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing and Production Specialist to ensure sample needs are met for upcoming photoshoots, and assist the Production Specialist with all studio-based and select lifestyle production.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage receipt, maintenance and organization of all Production sample lines.
  • Provide knowledge of product styles and colors both in-season and carryover.
  • Ensure all dropped, changed or incorrect samples are pulled and removed from the sample line.
  • Manage labeling and tagging product for sample management systems.
  • Provide support and assistance on lifestyle and eComm photoshoots, not limited to prepping product, being an extra hand and ensuring meals are ordered and delivered on a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date sample line sheet to be a source-of-truth for sample/product knowledge.
  • Effectively capture all changes from cross-functional teams, updating necessary documents in real-time.
  • Assist Production Specialist in maintaining order in Studio and Production closets.
  • Assist Producers with photo shoot travel bookings and communications.
  • Cross Team Marketing Support with Social Media and Influencer during slow shoot times, as needed.

  • Sample coordination + organization.
  • Sample line sheet management.
  • Product prep for shoots.
  • Studio shoot assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of full-time marketing, production or events experience.
  • On-site availability for majority of work-week.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail for data entry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking up when deadlines are in jeopardy and proactively troubleshooting as needed.
  • Thrives in a fast past environment.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Interest in health + wellness, fitness lifestyle, and apparel a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Valid US drivers license and comfortability driving a Sprinter van
