Position Summary:
The Manager of International Brand & Product Marketing is the strategic input for regionalization and is responsible for defining and driving integrated marketing campaign strategies to successfully launch and sustain new brand campaigns, products including ships, destinations, and guest programs across international markets (outside of North America). The Manager leads our International marketing counterparts making key decisions and defining the way forward on all aspects of launching marketing campaigns. This includes ensuring cohesive integration across marketing and sales channels between NA and UK/CEMEA/AUNZ/LACAR and APAC regions. This position will be fully immersed in the brand’s product development plans and play a key role within the overall marketing organization by ensuring a holistic, contextual and informed viewpoint -- from becoming immersed in the initial strategies and consumer insights that inform development of the product from the very start, to ensuring the product is successfully established in the marketplace. The Manager is also the key driver in continually evaluating and evolving go-to-market tactics and activations, both through exposure to marketing innovations in the industry and particularly from leading innovators outside the industry, with the intent to evolve the go-to-market team into a world class organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Integrates with North America team to provide informed, confident and sound guidance for international market support
- Serves as the centerpoint and the international market expert on creative messaging, strategy, regionalization and versioning
- Oversees the successful implementation of global marketing assets
- Defines the path forward for successfully launching new or evolving products and campaigns into market and spearheads execution with a focus on aligning all channel marketing activities across global markets
- Ensures that the key markets are strategically represented as the brand develops product concepts and communication plans
- Creates and evaluates strategic briefs and creative briefs devised by the team, providing constructive feedback, alternative viewpoints, and outside inspiration for a stronger brief
- Serves as expert for strategy, brand tone, voice and look and feel to ensure that there is consistency across markets
- Ensures revenue goals for international sourcing are met by partnering with international marketing channel owners and leaders of partner teams including sales and revenue for a flawless communication
- Monitors international creative requests in the system to ensure that international needs are met within agreed to timelines
- Provides updates and presents to markets on brand and retail initiatives including briefing, strategy and timing to markets.
- Manages, initiates and leads bi-monthly status calls with key markets (UK/CEMEA/LACAR/AUNZ/APAC) to ensure that NA team is abreast of all international activity and vice versa
- Ensures that International markets are supported in terms of creative needs, strategic direction and market planning
- Serves as the “go to” for inquiries on international adaptations

Qualifications:
- 7-10 years’ experience in progressive marketing leadership roles, with experience developing and leading teams
- Proven track record devising marketing strategies to inform highly effective campaigns that incorporate a sound mix of marketing elements
- Experience bringing new products to international markets and developing integrated channel plans
- Well versed in traditional and digital marketing, and marketing channels including web, digital media, social media, out of home, email and print
- Project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving: Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Strategic vision meets creative thinking; an innovator that’s willing to take informed risks and experiment with approach. Proactive, self-starting, and entrepreneurial. Ambitious, motivated and positive with an enthusiasm that powers team members’ own ambition.
- Hands-on mentality and pragmatic approach; works alongside the team to get the job done including building calendars, timelines, and working with necessary tools and programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally, including with senior leadership; a strong connecter/motivator that builds relationships to drive cooperation with senior leaders and their teams
- Superb, clear, persuasive communicator and influencer. Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences and in the presence of senior leaders.
- 4 years bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field experience
