Numerade is excited to bring on a Social Media Coordinator to join our mission. The Social Media Coordinator will manage and grow our social presence and connect with current and prospective customers. This role will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand, digital content aligned to our social platforms including Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

In this role, you'll get to:

• Shape and refine Numerade’s overarching social media strategy
• Own the planning and execution of the monthly social media content calendar for all Numerade channels including Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Post several times a week to our social channels, and be the on-camera face of TikTok video content (3-4 videos/week initially)
• Represent the voice of our community in cross-departmental communications, sharing trends, pain points, and sentiments
• Formulate high-quality written and visual content to support social campaign and initiatives in collaboration with the content and design teams
• Engage directly with users, subscribers and other social accounts by commenting on posts, answering DMs, fielding comments, questions, complaints etc.
• Coordinate with customer care team on issues that arise in DMs and comments
• Ensure links, banners, backgrounds and highlights are actively maintained and updated
• Create a positive and inspiring community within our social platforms
• Plan and execute campaigns, contests, giveaways etc for social media
• Produce monthly social reports to analyze performance, identify areas of opportunity, and translate findings into actionable plans
• Analyze strategies from top-performing posts, best hashtags, post times, etc
• Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager to source user generated content and incorporate into overarching content strategy

You'll bring:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, and community building
• A passion for social media with a thorough understanding of current trends and best practices to drive engagement
• Strong understanding of social platforms and related KPIs for growth, the customer journey within social, social media analytics and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media or Communications preferred
