Tech Lead, Creator Growth

Responsibilities

The creator economy market size has grown rapidly and is currently valued at $104 billion by the Influencer Marketing Hub. Creator growth has become a substantial domain of knowledge over time. Joining the TikTok Creator Growth team, you will have a front seat to shape the creator economy landscape and make an impact on TikTok, the world's most downloaded app.

As a Tech Lead in TikTok Creator Growth, you will:
1. Lead the engineering team to deliver end to end solutions and make data driven iterations.
2. Align with product and org objectives, coordinate with cross functional teams on delivering key results.
3. Define long term technical roadmaps for the team.
4. Drive technical initiatives from execution toward delivery.
5. Provide career guidance to engineers in the team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
2. Strong experience in architecting and implementing modern, large scale, consumer facing web applications.
3. 1+ years on managing or 3+ years on tech-leading a software engineering team.
4. Experience of driving collaboration across cross functional teams on delivering shared goals.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong skills to find insight from data and make well informed product decisions.
2. Ability to communicate across disciplines (e.g. engineering, legal, policy).
