With influencer marketing at the heart of the brand, in order to continue our growth within the US market, we are currently in the search for a PR/Influencer Marketing Specialist who is an expert at all things PR and influencer marketing in order to grow our brand awareness in the US.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identifying key strategic US based influencers to collaborate with that help elevate the brand and influence sales
  • Establishing and building relationships with key US influencers, negotiating rates and deliverables, arranging shipment of packages and coordinating posts
  • Ideation and strategising brand activations and events that support growth plans in the US
  • Working closely with the Australian PR and Influencer Marketing team to ensure efforts are consistent and aligned
  • Working closely with the cross functional Australian team to ensure influencer marketing efforts are aligned with the product launches, sell-through objectives to ensure the
  • Working closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to ensure the content requirements are sourced
  • Building reports and analysing results and performance of Influencer Marketing activity to ensure the influencer activity achieves high engagement and results in sales, followers growth and brand respect and love
  • Able to inform the Australian team on the demands and cultural nuances of the US market

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PR/Influencer Marketing
  • A genuine love for MESHKI as a brand ( but seriously, if you haven’t shopped with us before, this role is not for you)
  • A bubbly, genuine and outgoing personality
  • Exceptional relationship building skills (you are the friend that has to say hi to a million people when you go out)
  • A natural charm and strong negotiation skills ( you know how to make a deal happen)
  • Strong understanding of MESHKI’s branding and what constitutes GOOD content
  • Exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, Youtube & Tiktok (if there was an Influencer Trivia, you would win 100%! )
  • A creative mind, able to think of ideas that haven’t been done before (for gifting, initiatives, events)
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly verbally and visually
  • Able to analyse and learn from data to improve performance
  • Passionate about women empowerment, diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry
  • A great sense of style that fits MESHKI aesthetic in order to manage the outfit selection of influencers
  • Able to work flexibly with the Australian team and the different time zones.
  • Experience hosting/coordinating influencer events is preferred
