Position: Director of Marketing
Nustory is an online first brand created to tap into the growing business of home market. This company has been setup in April 2021 and with an objective to aggressively tap into the growing US market, particularly in the digital space. The current assortment includes rugs and carpets that are sustainably handmade.
The primary channel is ecommerce - own website, pure play marketplaces like Wayfair and Amazon. Aggressive expansion in several others is required to accelerate and tap into the consumer demand for home goods.
As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the Director of Marketing is responsible for creating and communicating the brand story and image. Additionally, the candidate will develop and implement product marketing techniques and optimization methods.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Set marketing goals and objectives for the brand.
- Plan, implement and manage the brand marketing strategy.
- Define, communicate and track specific KPIs to the team.
- Build the product optimization strategy for listings, content alignment and structure.
- Develop strategy for on site marketing within partner portals (Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock).
- Own the website design, marketing and optimization process.
- Explore and coordinate potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Define and create relevant marketing materials.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ Years in Brand Building, Digital Brand Management and online Marketing.
- Domain management experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including Social Media and Paid Search.
- Experience with AMS product marketing.
- Strong MS Office skills especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience with influencer and collaboration marketing.
- Experience in Home Furnishings or Décor preferred.
