Cue Health Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Director, Social Media Strategy and Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, overseeing and reporting on programs that support the goals and objectives of the Cue Health Inc. strategy
- Advance Cue Health’s visibility and create and integrated and effective social media program
- Ensure Cue Health Inc. is engaged in emerging interactive media trends
- Provide leadership to drive multiple projects and campaigns
- Oversee the management of social media platforms, vendors and plan relevant social content
- Stay engaged and up-to-date with social media trends, content and platforms
- Manage and maximize the effectiveness of social media, communicate the strategy to key stakeholders
- Analyze data to support insights, key takeaways, and optimizations
- Recognize opportunities to support business goals and create operational efficiencies
- Adhere to digital marketing policies including content review and approval, and governance policies
- Comply with regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
- Identify, prioritize, allocate appropriate resources and oversee progress across projects to achieve organizational objectives
- Additional duties as assigned, according to the changing needs of the business
Requirements:
- Degree in communications, journalism, project management, marketing or other related program
- 8 + years of social media or related experience at an agency, or corporation
- Advanced knowledge and experience with all aspects of social media communications including strategic planning for various media venues, technical aspects and requirements of various venues, and most appropriate and effective applications to create, develop, and implement long and short-term strategic communication plans
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Ability to strategically create and distribute content across a variety of social media networks
- Video, audio, and photo editing skills
- Strategic and innovative, with excellent analytical abilities and proven success in executing data-driven paid media marketing plans
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in paid media marketing
- Strong and demonstrable written and verbal communications skills
- Previous medical device or biotech experience
- Experience in budget management and project leadership in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to develop strong, trusting, and collaborative relationships
- Social media influencer marketing experience
