The Manager of Influencer Marketing will be responsible for bringing best-in-class influencer marketing counsel specific to banner, target consumer and marketing objective. This person will work with existing and new products to elevate brand awareness and drive sales through influencer, digital, social networks and traditional publicity efforts for all Foot Locker, Inc. banners in North America. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Influencer Marketing and work closely with all communication and marketing disciplines, product teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be digital-savvy and have experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media and Talent Relations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing, serve as the lead in managing ongoing priorities, maintenance of weekly PR & Events Calendar, leading new product and campaign launches from ideation through to execution. Support cross-functional efforts, by representing the PR team in meetings, partnering closely with teams across the company to manage cross-functional workflows.
  • Develop and manage Influencer campaigns internally and externally through Mavrck. Day-to-day activities include but not limited to: seeding programs, relationship building, influencer outreach and development of s hort-term influencers strategies around key product launches to maximize visibility and sales of key product.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key talent, influencers, celebrities, and managers through ongoing communication.
  • Oversee and create briefing documents for Paid seeding programs and in person events.
  • Identify social media trends, and viral influencer opportunities while acting as an advisor to the broader Marketing team on what key moments we should be capitalizing on.
  • Manage tracking and reporting of influencer campaign metrics for brands with agency partners.
  • Manage PO writing & program budgets for all divisions (program budgets inform the larger Influence Marketing divisional budget that the Director/ Sr Mgr. oversees).
  • Lead and oversee product management and ordering for all banners – fielding media sample requests, fulfilling sample orders and tracking earned placements. Oversee coordinator, who will serve as a critical resource to fulfill product requests from warehouse and stores and complete influencer in-kind and paid seeding programs.
  • Qualifications
    • 5 years work experience in influencer marketing, or similar role at a corporation or agency
    • Must be a team player and lead with confidence
    • Great time management skills, with the ability to multi-task
    • Interest and passion for sneakers and sports, a must
    • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms; good knowledge of what works for social media algorithms
    • Innovative thinker who possesses strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to effectively communicate ideas.

    • Familiarity with Mavrck, and Julius a plus.
