We are looking for a Head of Content, Social, & Community to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of Paloma Health's earned and owned media channels.

We're grounded in data with a test, learn and scale mentality and passionate about creating customer-first experiences.

What you'll accomplish:

  • Facilitate a world-class private community experience among thousands of Paloma Health members
  • Manage all organic Paloma Health social media channels with regular content and campaigns to increase awareness and drive engagement on FB, IG, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, etc.
  • Grow the Paloma Health knowledge base (blog)
  • Facilitate connections, learnings, and virtual events within the Paloma Health community and larger ecosystem
  • Manage influencer & affiliate programs
  • Maintain strong brand relationships with our partners through content, social, and other campaigns
  • Provide product feedback as the voice of the customer to help optimize our member experience

Ideally, you will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in delighting thousands of members through direct communication in a customer-facing role
  • Experience growing a community for a startup or fast-growing DTC company; familiarity with Circle is a plus!
  • Hands-on experience with social media strategy & management: FB, IG, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter
  • SEO experience: Experience planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy; experience with SEMRush is a plus!
  • Strong project management expertise with experience producing virtual events & conferences from ideation through execution
  • Working knowledge of affiliate programs and an eye for prospective partners (both media and influencers); experience with Impact is a plus!
  • An analytical mind that seeks to track and measure to figure out what's working and iterate on what is not
  • Interest in women's health and thyroid/hormone space
