Job Description
Overview / Objective
The Production Manager is responsible for management of the social marketing logistical event planning, contract executions and managing budgets. The Production Manager will work in a collaborative fashion with members of Social & Influencer Marketing Department, as well as cross-department members (e.g. Production, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, etc.) to ensure strategic planning and decision-making regarding budgetary and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- A member of the team in strategic planning for all Social Marketing projects to include budget development, staffing, and oversight of logistics as it relates to marketing team.
- Manage, monitor, and track the daily budgetary oversight for all department components including staffing, design plans, and all logistical operations.
- Manage/ Execute all new vendor contracts in liaison with legal team.
- Continually work with various departments (NFL Media Production, Production Administration, HR, Accounts Payable, Finance, etc.) to ensure all NFL policy changes are properly communicated and executed to all of Social Marketing.
- Ensure accurate maintenance, reporting and forecasting of assigned budgetary status, results, and statements on a quarterly basis. Identifying to senior team, areas for budget risks and opportunities.
- Familiarity utilizing scheduling and budget software.
- Fostering the collaboration with the other internal departments and external entities to maximize efficiencies (e.g. - Digital, Operations, etc.).
- Oversee Production Coordinator assigned to your department, ensuring all production needs are met.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as Production or Project Manager Strong background in project management
- Experience with tracking and maintaining budgets
- Experience hiring and working with new vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Media Pulse and Oracle is beneficial

Travel
- Some remote travel may be required
Terms / Expected Hours of Work
- Part-Time employee working less than 30 hours/week
- Flexible schedule, available to work early mornings, late nights, weekend and holidays as needed
