Agency Guacamole is an award-winning, LA-based PR, influencer marketing and events agency. We help clients in the beauty and lifestyle space tell their stories in a variety of ways—in partnership with the media, on social media channels, in collaboration with influencers and through cool events.

https://www.instagram.com/agen... are a small but very hard-working team, and are looking for a Public Relations & Influencer Account Manager to support PR and influencer campaigns for our beauty clients.

This person would build communications campaigns for our hair, skin and color cosmetics clients, which includes media relations, managing influencer/talent relationships, tracking content and project managing various ongoing activations.

Our ideal candidate has around 2-4 years of experience in PR/marketing (brand or agency side), which includes campaign development, pitching experience, solid understanding of influencer culture and handling project tracking/reporting. Beauty/lifestyle experience preferred.

The Public Relations/Influencer Account Manager role entails:

  • developing communication campaigns and outreach plans
  • ideating concepts, writing campaign briefs, pitching stories and finding/seeding media, editors, bloggers and influencers
  • nurturing existing editor, influencer and blogger relationships, and building new ones
  • supporting other elements of influencer programs (e.g., campaign/mailer ideation, product seeding, social media tracking/reporting, etc.)
  • supporting internal and external initiatives

You should be very comfortable with:

  • the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, Cision, influencer dashboards
  • a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and follow-through is crucial
