About the Role

The Community Influencer Coordinator is a proactive, highly motivated individual with experience in – and a passion for – social media and influencer space. In this role, you will accountable for day-to-day campaign execution and management of our current and growing brand ambassador program. Responsibilities include: researching influencers for product seeding, overseeing talent relations, project management of giftingand community management, tracking success & reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in identifying and engaging influencers, supporting outreach programs, talent negotiations and project management.

This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires in office work, and reports to our Senior Social Media Manager. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once, and keen on working in the social media landscape long-term. Candidates must be proactive, open to feedback and ready to learn.

Job description…

  • Reporting and Analysis – Responsible for tracking social media mentions in online media, maintain brand ambassador list, notate and recap monthly reporting, make recommendations and optimizations based on insights
  • Relationship Management - Research influencers and content creators to be a part of our brand ambassador program & maintain communication with influencers on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Influencer seedings – Coordinate social campaign-based product seeding and mailers. Manage fulfillment of product gifting
  • Email marketing to database of ambassadors on upcoming product launches, gifting opportunities, promos and more
  • Community management - actively engage with brand ambassador community across organic social channels





Qualifications

We require…

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Business.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in social media or influencer marketing.
  • Experience within partnership marketing for a fashion or lifestyle brand is a plus.
  • Expertise in social media platforms in a professional or academic setting.
  • Willingness to take on larger projects – no job is too small mindset
  • Excellent project management & organization/time management skills with specific attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Highly motivated, organized, forward-thinking and EXTREMELY detail-oriented.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active team player within a cross-functional team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing
  • Experience with Dash Hudson a plus.
