Job Description: Influencer Marketing Specialist - TikTok

At The Aragon Company, our mission is to engineer performance marketing solutions to our clients' customer acquisition challenges. We develop unique experiences that engage and convert visitors into leads and customers, and are now filling a brand new role on our team: Influencer Marketing Specialist.

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will execute paid media campaigns on TikTok. The role will require you to become deeply entrenched in the creative process, identify ideal creator collaborations for each of our clients, and help creators produce engaging and high-converting content. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in paid social media buying on TikTok, has experience spending north of 6 figures a month on paid ads, and is proficient in leveraging the TikTok platform to drive strong ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, strategize, and build TikTok advertising campaigns that achieve client KPIs.
  • Actively manage TikTok Ad campaigns, optimizing creative and campaign settings to reduce CPA, while increasing CTR and CR.
  • Work closely with content creators to produce engaging and high-converting TikTok video content.
  • Measure and analyze performance data to glean insights and develop action plans that improve conversion rate and ROAD.
  • Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in TikTok advertising (trends, sounds, etc.)

What You Have:

  • 5+ years managing Facebook ads and 6+ months managing TikTok ads
  • High-level understanding and knowledge of advanced campaign strategies and build structure
  • Proven A/B test strategy to quickly and efficiently split test elements to determine winning ads and targeting options
  • Experience creating short-form video ad content
  • Experience managing ad spend of at least $100,000 per month or $1 million annually
  • Experience analyzing conversion rate, click-through rates, earnings per click, and other common KPI’s
  • Exhibits resourcefulness when it comes to working independently to solve problems
  • Willingness to learn and apply yourself towards achieving the company’s goals
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic skills with incredible attention to detail
  • Creative; focused on continuous process improvement
