BEN is seeking a Mandarin Bilingual Account Coordinator to play an important role on the Client Services team. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Client Services team, demonstrating high standards of client care by providing helpful and friendly white-glove service
  • Assist client services and strategy team with pitch deck, proposals for client meetings
  • Build relationships with internal teams as well as production contacts and provide assistance and excellent brand representation for our clients
  • Execute market research including competitive research, industry insight, etc
  • Product analysis, understand client’s product in and out (product categories highlight: Games, beauty, tech products, fast consuming products, etc)
  • To carry out administrative tasks as delegated, including, but not limited to meeting attendance and participation, including preparing status documents; research on entertainment industry, technology, social and gaming trends; create presentations, event recaps, status reports and user guides; coordinate deliveries and shipping for department
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and results analysis
  • Responsible for expenses, travel coordination and scheduling when needed
  • Observe health and safety procedures (we all have a responsibility to work safely at all times and report any potential hazards, faults or problems to management)
  • Attend and complete compulsory training as required
  • Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the position

Qualifications & Skills

  • Entry-level: 1-3 years of experience required. Entertainment industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with general entertainment knowledge across gaming, film, television, influencer and music
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done
  • Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
  • Strong communications skills in person, in writing, and on the telephone – with clients, managers and team
  • Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
  • Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of senior account managers
  • Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative
  • Willingness to take a “hands-on” approach with respect to client materials and product
  • Able to manage time and prioritize tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible, committed and punctual
  • Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment
  • Bilingual Mandarin and English required
