Game Influencer Manager

Responsibilities

Come join the next big thing in games as Influencer Manager on the Marketing Team at Nuverse! We're working on a cool new project with our partners at Second Dinner and need a seasoned Influencer Manager to join our squad. As part of the team you'll manage our influencer strategy and be the lead for all influencer and related agency partnerships as well as ongoing management of the strategy.

- Support development and implementation of a global go-to-market strategy for influencers and content creators;
- Develop content for owned social channels in partnership with content creators;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across regions to identify marketing messaging;
- Work with influencer community to create innovative campaigns across gamer driven social channels;
- Identify and evaluate new content opportunities with key influencer partners;
- Manage existing and Identify/develop new relationships with the influencer community;
- Manage and track incentive/gifting program;
- Monitor content to ensure consistent and aligned brand messaging;
- Creative thinking with executions and campaigns that defy the norm;
- An understanding of fandom and how to handle large IP with care while also building our presence for the short and long term.

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing;
- Experience in brand marketing is highly preferred;
- Experience working directly with influencers and streamers;
- Direct experience in gaming or very thorough knowledge and passion for gaming, gaming social communities, and trends;
- Experience working within global organizations is highly preferred;
- Ability to manage strategy, clear goals, and evaluate KPIs;
- Excellent organization and communication skills; cross functional team player and leader; Data driven;
- Expert level project management skills, and has ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands;
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.
