Growth Marketing Lead

Sony is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who understands a breadth of digital channels and who is at ease working in a fast-moving environment and has experience growing SaaS market share in a product led growth company. Working with cross-functional teams, you will define and execute marketing strategies to grow awareness, understanding, adoption, and engagement for Sony’s Ci Media Cloud (https://sonymcs.com) and launch a community/influencer marketing plan that leverages Creators and Sony’s loyal camera enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute digital marketing and in-app strategies to drive awareness and new user signups
- Own the development and optimization of inbound and outbound acquisition channels
- Help to develop positioning and messaging for select audiences
- Develop new content ideas and optimize existing content for engagement and conversion at various stages of the funnel
- Develop optimization strategies and A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Develop community/influencer marketing plan
- Work closely with the product and analytics teams to define KPIs, visualize and report on performance and attribution with various stakeholders
- Advise on SEO and best practices
- Work closely with creative agencies to draft copy and creative
- Write and enlist others to write and publish blog content
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in marketing or business management, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 5-7 years of overall experience with 3-5 years working in digital marketing strategy and execution within technology, media, or similar verticals
- Experience leading growth marketing channels (e.g., email, website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, social, video, in-product, push notifications), or working with eCommerce companies and digital agencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work directly with creatives, product, and communications teams to partner on campaigns. Able to guide creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- Strong business acumen and enthusiasm about identifying trends and marketing opportunities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; open, clear and consistent
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-driven ownership to meet and exceed goals and expectations.
- Experience with BI/data analysis tools is a plus
