Overview: A thought-leader and trusted advisor, you will support the strategic direction of the Influencer Marketing team and the business objectives and execution processes of the brand clients that the Influencer Marketing team supports.

Core Responsibilities

• As an account leader, you will create and see to fruition multi-pronged influencer campaigns across different industries
• This role will entail being part brand marketer, part strategist, part trend spotter, part comms planner, part executor
• You'll advise clients on short and long-term influencer strategy, manage expectations and set goals timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain consistent knowledge of client affairs, generating original ideas to amplify their efforts through influencer marketing and socially-driven partnerships
• You will oversee the outreach to and management of influencers (or brand partners) including contracts, deliverables, and overall thoughtful program management
• Participate in new business meetings and proposals alongside senior leadership
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring quantity and breadth of coverage
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a role with heavy experience driving influencer marketing
• A strategic mindset and deep knowledge in the influencer space
  • Superior relationship building skills: o Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that results in authentic and persuasive storytelling
  • Proven ability to connect with clients and develop meaningful partnerships by inspiring confidence and trust
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams a must
• Strong project management skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
• You are proactive & hungry, bringing fresh ideas and improvement processes to the table without being asked
