Join the team responsible for cementing Dunkin’s beloved brand in culture!

The Assistant Manager, Brand Engagement will play a key role in the day-to-day management of Dunkin’s social media channels and brand engagement initiatives. This is a support role for a candidate with a love of diving deep into social media communities, influencer relationships, social listening, and surprise & delight opportunities. You’ll also get a chance to flex your muscles supporting projects such as brand collaborations and retail merchandise. We’re looking for an extremely curious, creative thinker and team player with a get-it-done, roll up your sleeves attitude, extreme passion for culture, and love of content creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage the day to day of Dunkin’s vibrant social channels to drive continued growth & leadership position as best-in-class social media team
    • Content calendar: Own the content calendar in terms of timing, posting, and planning content across all social media
    • Content creation: Develop content ideas and build content in-house with our culinary team, influencers, and team members
    • Community management: Main expert in Dunkin’ community engagement, including managing social engagement platform, Sprinklr, responding to fans daily, working with customer care team, and finding trending opportunities
    • Social reporting: Produce ongoing social insights reports, tracking benchmarks, conversations as well as competitive performance
  • Influencer Marketing Support
    • Support Dunkin’s influencer marketing programs, including managing execution of a high volume of influencer activations throughout the year (paid, editorial, gifting, celebrity, content development), and our ‘Team Dunkin’ influencers including Dunkin’ athletes, crew and more. Create best practices, processes, and measurement recaps.
  • Brand Engagement Team Support
    • Support in developing and executing integrated campaigns that drive buzz and awareness for Dunkin’ product launches, seasonal programs brand campaigns, collabs, and retail merchandise
    • Budget Planning/Management: POs, Accruals, Month End, Projections, Invoice Tracking

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or Similar
  • 0-4 years of experience
  • Open to recent college graduates

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

  • Creativity is your greatest weapon. Your wheels are always turning
  • Experience managing social media on behalf of a brand in-house or at an agency, deep understanding of social media channel strategy and creative best practices
  • Extreme passion for culture & trend hunting. Always on the pulse of what’s happening/next
  • Love for the creative & collaborative process; Natural creative thinker
  • Ability to think analytically and evaluate program effectiveness; background with social listening/measurement tools a plus
  • Excellent team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
