We’re after an amazing Community Lead & PR manager to help place 1060, as the leaders in making real estate social, authentic and fun! We’re redefining real estate into a whole new era, where short form video and music becomes the new canvas. Where agents become authentic content creators and influencers. Where agents can shoot “in the moment” 60 short videos and add hip hop music or electronic and post to the world of home buyers who can comment, tag, share short videos.

We’re on a roll. With over 1,000’s of the world’s most influential luxury teams already on board the app with the most amazing authentic video walk throughs. From Joyce Rey (no.1 team in California), the Jills-Zeder team (no.1 team in the nation), Deana Kory (no.1 Manhattan, Corcoran) to Kelly Killoren Bensimon (American lifestyle icon).

Ideal candidate?

  • Highly talented Community Lead or PR Manager who likes strategy but loves execution and that has been at the forefront of building communities in global consumer start-up brands or in real estate.
  • You’re super connected to all the top real estate agency brands in the nation and top agent teams and are a phone call away, from any top luxury agent team, marketing team, real estate coach.
  • You’re a real estate PR and media strategist who is passionate about creating amazing stories, pitching media journalists and influential bloggers that get headlines in global media outlets and helps to define 1060 as the “future of real estate”, where real estate is now social, authentic + fun!
  • You will also work with our internal PR team, across all online mediums, responsible for creating a wide range of engaging content that will contribute to building our brand & reputation to both real estate agents, Gen-Z and Millennials and home buyers globally
  • Exemplary writer - you can write and edit clear, concise and well-polished articles to drive traffic, engage our audience of both real estate agents and Gen Z and Millennials worldwide.
  • You can manage also execute and manage our influencer marketing strategies and operations, dealing with global influencers across Tik Tok and Instagram and Youtube in lifestyle, film and interior design verticals.

What the role requires?

With a strong understanding of our consumer customer base (top luxury agent teams, large agencies, agents) and (Gen-z and Millennials worldwide), you will bring a rare combination of community building, public relations, strategic, creative and innovative ideas and strategy, which enables you to drive content that connects with and engages our community of 1060.

  • You will drive the development and execution of building a community with key top real estate agent influencers and agent teams across America, real estate coaches, working on collaborations, social campaigns, PR campaigns, content pieces (content marketing), podcasts and our own virtual conferences.
  • You will work and collaborate with key lifestyle, interior design, music and film influencers and artists that align with our brand 1060, that is making real estate authentic, social + fun!
  • Develop content, community and PR strategies in order to bring to life a consistent pipeline of amazing stories, content, podcasts, videos of agents changing the world with short form video.
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders & partners to ideate, implement and execute PR campaigns with a strong focus on grass roots PR campaigns, community engagement and building.
  • Manage the brand and voice of 1060 (“real estate is now short form video, social and fun”), ensuring consistency across all brand communications and campaign
  • You have the ability to work across multiple time zones and work with home, design, entertainment and Gen-Z blogs, website and media sites, where our unique 1060 video content is placed at the forefront of our fanbase and audience.
