Now specializing in five additional applications including rally, off road, road-racing, drift and tires for your performance vehicle. Tire Streets is now a global company, taking their grade A customer service and love for performance products to the UK, Spain, & Germany.

Tire Streets believes in the notion that drivers and enthusiast should Rethink the Process of how they buy tires and well….the process of how they do what they love. We are looking for an Events & Sponsorship Associate to join their ever-growing team. The Events & Sponsorship Associate will be in charge of event activations across all applications we work in and influencers we work with in our largest region the US.

The Social Media Associate is an integral part of the Tire Streets team, eCommerce business and event activation, responsible for creating, optimizing and executing relevant strategies to ultimately drive engagement, conversions and acquire new audiences. The right individual for this role is expected to live and breathe all things social media while simultaneously understanding/learning the ins-and-outs of the motorsports and tire industry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CONTENT STRATEGY

· CREATIVE MINDSET: Create, Create, Create! She/He will be the main creative machine for the brand. Capable of creating their own content on the fly and utilizing content we receive from collaborators to its fullest potential. Experience and willingness to create content is a must.

· SOCIAL TRENDS: Stay up to date with all Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook trends/memes to create unique content that is relevant to our current audience while engaging new demographics

· COLLABORATIONS: Develop relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, brands, for social collaboration opportunities and optimize our efforts in influencer marketing. While working closely with the Event Activation Associate

· IN-PERSON: Attend events, festivals, races and other relevant events to engage our followers and tell our brand story

· ORGANIZATION + PLANNING: Maintain weekly social media calendar to ensure content in planned or organized in advance. Maintain TS Google Drive of assets from all collaborators and be the gatekeeper of what we do.

· NEW IDEAS: Pitch and execute content opportunities to ensure the added success of event activations, influencer marketing, and overall brand image.

· COPY-WRITING: Write social content/copy and ensure all info, links, dates and language are accurate and error-free

ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE

· Monitor and analyze social conversation about related industry topics using relevant social tools and recommend social tools TS can implement to improve workflow

· Create and analyze monthly analytic reports on past monthly statistics

· Highlight problems and offer solutions or opportunities to approve on performance of posts, launches and content

· Plan and manage paid social media budget, optimizing campaign performance metrics

· Be prepared to pivot on strategy at any given moment based on new findings or unexpected changes

ENGAGEMENT:

· Engage with the TS community, monitoring and responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions, and respond to questions or inquiries in a timely manner

· Ensure you are representing and protecting the brand integrity when interacting with the community

· Work with the broader team to cultivate the TS voice on social

· Monitor feedback from customers and followers to improve on content and product quality

· Escalate issues as needed to the product & logistics team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

· Previous experience working with motorsports and content creation/ media in the industry is a plus

· Demonstrated experience in planning, developing and producing high quality content including: photo, video assets, and web assets.

· Capable of creating for different platforms and applications based on needs.

· Demonstrated success in identifying target audiences and devising social media content and campaigns that engage, educate, and inspire

· Ability to take a creative yet results-oriented approach to producing social media content

· Strong copy editing and proofreading skills

· BONUS: Experience in creating content strategies for regions outside of the US (UK, etc.)
