The US e-commerce operations team focuses on the operations of TikTok's e-commerce business in the US market. The customers that we serve include users, merchants, creators and industry partners. Our creator partnership team enables creators to produce high-quality and expressive content, connect products and users, and ultimately grow their own business value.
With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
Responsibilities
- Work with high-potential creators, MCNs, agencies, and celebrities to assist in onboarding and tackle key challenges involved with TikTok Shopping
- Discover best practices and innovative models that contribute to the operational success of creators
- Work with cross-functional team on merchandise and assortment strategy, build partnerships with external brands
- Develop user strategy, including positioning, target audience and growth strategy
- Develop live shop production strategy and build SOP, work with external agencies on live shop production, including host casting and training, scripts, studio decoration, etc.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Internet product operations/influencer marketing agencies; a mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator agency side is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experiences about Live Streaming is preferred.
- Being able to build strategy and drive insights based on solid research
- Being able to execute and deliver operational strategy through actual projects
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical thinking and strong in problem solving.
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
