About the role……

This is a career entry role for someone who has 0-2 years of experience in the social media, influencer, PR, or advertising industry (could be made up of internships). You’ll need to be organized, thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment, and have a proactive mentality.

What you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day management of various sponsored creator campaigns
  • Work on proposals for prospective clients
  • Work with Campaign Managers to help manage budgets across multiple influencer campaigns
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, content creators, creator managers, and internal team members
  • Consistently communicate trends, shifts, opportunities, and status reports internally and with clients
  • Source the most appropriate content creators for campaigns and clients
  • Negotiate sponsored opportunities with content creators and their management team

What you offer:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in PR, social media, or influencer marketing (could be through internships)
  • Experience managing and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
  • Competent writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a remote (home-based) location, as well as having excellent organizational skills and the ability to frequently multitask
  • Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure
  • Understand Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements)
  • Great interpersonal skills, able to forge strong relationships with people of all levels (internally & externally)
  • Good sense of humor, quirkiness, and not afraid of voicing your opinion
